These terms apply to your use of elmayareels.com and to photography, videography and content services provided by Elmaya Reels, based in Co. Cork, Ireland. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Your individual quote or booking agreement may include extra details. If anything differs, your booking agreement takes priority.
You may browse and share links to this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, download, reuse or edit our photos, videos or text without our written permission.
We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but services, packages and availability can change. Prices on the website are a guide only. Your written quote is what applies.
Sending an enquiry or booking request through the website does not confirm a booking. We’ll reply with availability and a quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise.
Your date is confirmed once you’ve accepted your quote or booking agreement and paid any deposit it asks for. Until then, the date may still be offered to other clients.
Payment amounts and due dates are set out in your quote or booking agreement. Any remaining balance must be paid by the date shown there. We may hold back final images or films until payment is complete.
If you need to change your date, time or location, let us know as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability. Cancellation terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, are set out in your booking agreement.
If we ever have to cancel because of illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control, we’ll try to arrange a suitable replacement or a new date. If that’s not possible, we’ll refund the money you’ve paid for services not provided.
We’ll follow the plan and shot list agreed with you as closely as possible. Some moments depend on things outside our control, such as weather, light, venue rules and timings, so we can’t guarantee that every requested shot will be captured. Please make sure we have any permissions needed to photograph or film at your venue.
We select and edit images and footage in our own creative style. Unedited files (RAW files or raw footage) are not included unless agreed in writing. We’ll confirm delivery times when you book. Please download and back up your files when you receive them.
Elmaya Reels keeps the copyright in all photos and videos we create. When your balance is paid in full, you receive a licence to use them:
Please don’t edit or apply filters to our images, or enter them into competitions or sell them, without our permission.
We will only use your images in our portfolio, website or social media with your permission. See our Privacy Policy.
We take great care with your images and use professional, backed-up equipment. In the unlikely event that images are lost or damaged because of equipment failure or something outside our control, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish law.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
